The new EWK wrap-around boxer was developed to assemble tray boxes (in their flat form) or suitcase boxes, in addition to boxing products of different shapes, materials and sizes, following a smooth lateral transfer concept, which enables the boxing of delicate products such as glass.

With a robust and clean construction, the EWK allows you to easily and quickly change formats, requiring just a few minutes to adjust the equipment and eliminating the need for tools. The entire project was prepared in response to market requirements, providing ergonomics in the operation, adjustment and during the filling of the box magazine. The box bale magazine was designed to obtain greater autonomy and efficiency. The box's traction system is horizontal, allowing flexibility in choosing the storage capacity according to the customer's needs.

The EWK is ideal for medium to high production lines, packing up to 28 boxes per minute.

Depending on the dimensions of the boxes, migrating from a briefcase to a wrap-around box provides a considerable reduction in the cost of packaging, even increasing its columnar strength and enabling the investment applied to the project.

Applications: can box rigid or semi-rigid products of different formats, such as vegetable oil, beverages in glass bottles or display cartridges (powdered soap, cakes, among others).
