CFTK was developed to form tray boxes with or without reinforcements in width and length. Its main features are: ease and simplicity in changing sizes, high productivity and storage capacity of the boxes in the magazine. With a pre-trained operator, setup can take just 3 minutes. Thus, production can reach 36 boxes per minute, which makes this equipment an excellent cost-benefit.

A horizontal magazine with box positioning control guarantees a large storage capacity. The standard version of the CFTK is supplied with a magazine of one or two meters, a characteristic that can be increased according to the need and availability of physical space in the customer's plant.

Machine monitoring is done to make the equipment as independent as possible, informing the user through audible and light warnings about the need to supply the glue application system and the box magazine.

The guards and doors offer total safety to the user and greater visualization of the process of forming the boxes, interrupting the machine's operation when they are opened.
