DPK was developed to box bottles of different shapes and sizes. This machine uses the gravitational process as a concept, meeting the most diverse market needs.

The adjustment for changing formats is simple and fast, allowing this equipment to be installed in filling lines of various products where there is a need for constant setups.

The elongated structure allows it to accommodate a large number of bottles inside the machine. In addition, the product conveyor is divided into two parts - each one driven by an independent motor, which allows the pressure control of the bottles in the drop position.

As a complement to the line, DPK needs a box carrier attached to it. Its productivity varies depending on the boxing layout and can reach 35 boxes per minute.

All monitoring of the boxing process is carried out by PLC and transmitted to the user through a communication interface, eliminating the need for a full-time operator.
