The ACK was developed to arm and close with high efficiency cardboard boxes model briefcase and half briefcase (American). The sealing of the flaps is done by applying adhesive tape or hot-melt.
The entire box assembly process is monitored by PLC and transmitted to the user through a communication interface. Several data - including: lack of boxes in the magazine, change of adhesive tape roll or lack of glue - are previously informed through an audible and light warning, a functionality that eliminates the need for a full-time operator and avoids unnecessary stops due to supply errors. Adjustment spindles with position indicators make changing sizes much faster and more accurate. In this way, it takes a few minutes to change from one box to another, eliminating the need to change parts and use tools.
The set of technologies applied in this equipment enables high efficiency and productivity. ACK is equipped with guards and doors that turn off the machine the moment they are opened.
