CSEK is a sophisticated project developed to box products of different shapes and materials. Packing in boxes can be done by pick and place or drop packer processes, which makes this boxer more versatile and an ideal option for medium to high speed lines. Simply by using state of the art technology, the entire operating process is monitored and relayed to the user through a simple and easy-to-interpret interface. In addition to other qualities, this equipment stands out for having an integrated box assembly system, making it compact and easy to install in restricted layouts. The box bales are stored in a magazine with full positioning control, ensuring greater autonomy of supply, and which can be supplied with one or two meters of capacity in its standard version, a characteristic that can be increased according to need and availability of physical space in the customer's plant.

The adjustment of the equipment is carried out in a few minutes and without the use of tools, this way the customer can work with different products in the same line.

Transparent doors and protections were designed to offer total security to the user and greater visibility into the working process. When the doors are opened, the electrical and pneumatic supplies are off.
